Pabst Blue Ribbon Gets in on Hard Seltzer
And this stuff is way stronger than their beer!
It seems like this is the summer of hard seltzer. Ask anyone who drinks, the odds are they have tried at least one of them. You have Truly, White Claw as the more popular ones and now it looks like PBR is getting in on the action, according to People.
The company is only going to test, what they are calling, Pabst Blue Ribbon Stronger Seltzer, in four test markets including Arizona, California, Montana and Texas. New York didn't make the cut this time around but it looks like if the tests are successful more markets could see the seltzer soon.
The Pabst Blue Ribbon Stronger Seltzer is spiked with a zesty lime flavor, sweetened with Stevia and contains only one gram of sugar. The alcohol content is at 8% which is what PBR hopes will draw more people to it as most of the other seltzers on the market have around 5%.
Here is a look at the new seltzer, thanks to PBR on Instagram......
