PJ’s review of Middle Earth: Shadow Of War

Being a fan of the first game in this series I was eager to get the next installment. Middle Earth: Shadow of War has not let me down. The game play is virtually identical to the first game with some added challenges.

Took me a few days to get used to what my goals were and how to navigate the story in a way that I see fit. Once I found a play style to my liking I got to work. It is important however to get through the story line in the beginning to unlock abilities that will be required down the road.

The first few quests play like a tutorial much like most modern day games. I'm on the PS4 platform and am finding my experience with Sony as a whole to be positive. If you haven't played the first game don't worry. This games does not take much to figure out and if you've play an Assassin's Creed title, you find that the game play is quite similar.
