Pleasant Valley will be holding a Pumpkin Walk this weekend, October 28 & 29, 2016.

What is a Pumpkin Walk? It is a great activity for you to spend with the kids. Volunteers have carved pumpkins and then they are placed all through out the Old Mill in Pleasant Valley, where they will be placed and then lit for people to enjoy. Some of the pumpkins have been donated others, but all have been carved and will be lit) by eager volunteers.

The walk will take place both nights from 5:30PM to 8:30PM. There will be free cider and donuts. Plus, there will be a raffle with multiple prizes. All of the monies raised during the event will go to benefit the Pleasant Valley Historical Society and a scholarship for a local Pleasant Valley student to help offset the cost of college.

Wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. This is for all ages. If you have a carved pumpkin that you would like to donate, you can drop it off Thursday night, October 27, from 5:30PM to 7:30PM at the Old Mill Site, Main St, Pleasant Valley.
