Have you ever wondered how long homes stay on the market in the Hudson Valley? Here's your answer....

The Hudson Valley has become a very popular place to live in these days. It's always been beautiful, but it seems like over the past few years people have really noticed just how beautiful it is and the desire to be here has increased greatly.

Not only have homes gone up crazily in price, but they also seem to be flying off the market in record time. I've had a few friends who have been looking for homes in the area and they've described how frustrating the whole experience really is. One friend recently mentioned to me how they were on their way to a showing of a house and they got a call from their real estate agent before they pulled in the driveway saying the house sold and it sold for a TON over the asking price. Not fun.
