Have you ever found out any of your co workers salaries? If so did it drive you crazy or were you relieved that maybe you were making more money than them? How would you feel if you knew every one of your fellow employees' annual salary or hourly wage?

Today, a listener called in and told us how she came across a bunch of papers left in the printer at work. Turns out these papers were from human resources and they had several employees salaries on them. She discovered that a fellow co worker who had less experience was making more money than her.

This isn't the first time something like this has happened and there's always that person around the office who brags about his or her cash flow. Some companies have decided to put a transparent salary policy into place.
