Take an Outdoor Yoga Class at a Hudson Valley Cider House
A local hard cider maker is hosting outdoor yoga classes all summer long.
As outdoor fitness is now allowed in the mid-Hudson Valley region, lots of places have been offering outdoor classes. One of those classes being offered is outdoor yoga. But this time, there's a twist. You can take an outdoor yoga class at a local cider house.
According to the Facebook event, Wild Oak Barre & Yoga will be offering outdoor yoga classes at Bad Seed Cider Co. The classes run from July through September. Classes happen every other Sunday at 11:30 a.m. A minimum of three people are needed to run the class and cider is not included. Each class is $20. Below are the dates there will be classes:
Sunday, July 5th
Sunday, July 19th
Sunday, August 2nd
Sunday, August 16th
Sunday, August 30th
Sunday, September 13th
Sunday, September 20th
You will be asked to wear a mask while walking to your car from your yoga mat. It's also encouraged to stop inside Bad Seed Cider Co and get some cider or enjoy lunch. Gently use yoga equipment will also be available for sale, according to the event.
