A teenager was charged with burglary after he allegedly stole electronics and jewelry from an Ulster County home.

On Dec. 12, 2015, State Police from Kingston received a burglary complaint to a residence on Orchard Street in Hurley. Authorities say an investigation proved that 18-year-old Denroy Golding, of Brooklyn was one of the two suspects.

Working with the Troop NYC Brooklyn Criminal Squad, local State Police located Golding in Brooklyn and interviewed him regarding the reported burglary.

After the interview, Golding was arrested and charged with 2nd-degree burglary, a class C felony. He was arraigned in the Town of Hurley Court and released on his own recognizance. He is due to reappear on April 14.

The other suspect is still being sought.
