The April Spirit Society Meeting Will Feature a Millstone Peacock

Everyone has been waiting for the news of our next WRRV Spirit Society event for April. Here are the details:

Join Brandi & Nick from WRRV at Henry's at the Farm at Buttermilk Falls Inn & Spa on Saturday April 22, 2017 from noon until 2PM. Take time to enjoy lunch and stroll the 70 plus acres of beautiful property at 220 N Rd, Milton, NY 12547.

We will be featuring the Millstone Peacock:

4 slices cucumber
6 millstone farm mint leaves
1.5 oz sake
1 oz millstone farm apple purée
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz cucumber vodka
3/4 oz millstone farm mint simple syrup

Middle mint and cucumber, add apple puree, the pineapple juice, sake, vodka
Shake over ice and strain over new ice and pour into a martini glass. Enjoy.
