Dottie Audrey's Ranked the Best Bakery in Upstate NY

It's unfortunate, but the Hudson Valley usually gets overshadowed when it comes to being recognized for our food options. Usually, people are more concerned with what's going on down in NYC.

Fortunately, NewYorkUpstate.Com does the lords work and compiles lists of some of the best spots north of the city. We can argue whether the Hudson Valley is considered "upstate" another time.

Right now we're going to focus on UpstateNewYork.Com's list of 32 best bakeries in upstate New York. The Hudson Valley made the list and even took the top spot. But what bakeries did they miss?

Coming in at #31 is Wrights Farm in Gardiner. If you've ever walked into Wrights, you know you got it right. The smell of baked goods slaps you in the face and we mean that in the best way possible.

Orange County sneaks in at #13 with Jones Farm & Country Store in Cornwall. According to the site, they have received 4.5 stars and 63 glowing reviews on Yelp.

At number #4 we have a Sullivan County favorite, Floyd & Bobo's Bakery & Snack Place. Take a look at their wild creations online and you'll be drooling at your desk.

New York Upstate has determined that the #1 "Bakery in Upstate New York" is Dottie Audrey's Bakery Kitchen in Tuxedo Park.

One Yelp reviewer even said the blueberry pancakes at Dottie's made them cry, that's how good they are.
