Tuthilltown Distillery to Get New Owners, Faces Will Remain the Same
Local distillery, Tuthilltown Spirits in Gardiner officially has a new owner, William Grant & Sons. The name is a familiar one to this particular craft distillery in the Hudson Valley, William Grant & Sons having purchased the Hudson Brand of craft spirits in 2010.
The acquisition of the remaining product line along with the 36 acres of property, production facility, tasting room and restaurant will appear seamless to visitors.
According to a press release, Ralph Erenzo, co-founder of Tuthilltown Spirits, will continue to be a part of the new vision of the company, continuing to be involved in the day-to-day business, as well as the distillery and products.
