Captain Marvel is in the Hudson Valley. Kind of. The award-winning actress who plays the current box office superhero is filming her next project in the area.

Last week it was announced that a top secret project was being filmed in Dutchess County. More specifically, the Red Line Diner in Fishkill. The popular diner said that they would be closed for filming earlier this week on March 19th.

The Poughkeepsie Journal is now reporting that the film I'm Thinking of Ending Things is using the Hudson Valley as their stage. The film stars Captain Marvel herself, Brie Larson as well as Jesse Plemons from NBC's Friday Night Lights and Netflix's Black Mirror.

Speaking of Netflix, I'm Thinking of Ending Things will be released by the streaming program.

I'm Thinking of Ending Things is now a part of a long list of movies and television productions that has used the Hudson Valley as a filming location. HBO recently started production on 'I Know This Much Is True' starring Mark Ruffalo in Dutchess County.

As for Larson's Captain Marvel, it's sitting pretty at number 1 at the box office and has made an estimated $277,683,764 according to Box Office Mojo.
