Portugal. The Man is touring in support of their forthcoming album, Woodstock, which will be released on June 16, 2017.

The founding members of the band are all from Wasilla, Alaska. The same town that Sarah Palin was mayor of from 1996-2002. The band was started by John Gourley and Zach Carothers who met while attending Wasilla High School.
