With our daily routines changing so rapidly, we know it's a comfort to tune into your favorite radio station and hear some familiar voices. WRRV is staffed with radio personalities hosting their shows live on air all day long, and we're giving you more opportunities to connect with us than ever before—while still practicing social distancing.

Nick and Taylor kick things off at 6AM with the Morning Grind. You can strain your brain with Nick's 6:30AM Brain Stew and get up to speed on the latest pop culture news with Taylor's Garbage and Gossip 50 minutes into the hour. Nick and Taylor will bring you the latest information about COVID-19's impact on the Hudson Valley, along with your favorite alternative throughout the morning. You can listen live on your desktop browser, stream us on your Alexa-enabled device or Google Chromecast product, fire up your free WRRV app or set your radio dial to 92.7 FM or 96.9 FM.

After the show, Nick and Taylor are heading to Facebook Live more often to chat with you and give you some details about what's on deck for the next day. If you aren't following us on Facebook, head on over there and give us a "like." If you are following us, you'll also want to head on over to our Facebook page and hover over the "Following" button under the page cover. Make sure our stories appear at the top of your personal Facebook feed by adjusting the "In Your News Feed" options to "See First," and get notifications for any Facebook Live videos in the studio by adjusting the "Notifications" options to "On (Highlight Posts)." You can also catch some behind the scenes moments on WRRV's Instagram, like Taylor shaving Nick's beard when she caught him napping.

Val hops on-air at 10AM and turns back the clock to the good ol' pre-COVID-19 days with the '90s at Noon. Listen for Val's '90s at Noon trivia question and send in the correct answer for a shot at some WRRV swag.

Simon takes the airwaves from 2PM to 7PM, before handing things off to Hopkins from 7PM to midnight. Hopkins counts down the most requested songs of the day at 8PM with Buzzcuts.
