WRRV Memorial Day Double Play Weekend, Parade Plans

Memorial Day weekend is upon us and WRRV is in the midst of a 'Double Play for the Holiday' weekend. What started Friday at 3 PM will go all the way through Monday (5/28) at midnight. We'll be playing back to back songs from all your favorite WRRV artists!

Then on Monday, keep your eye out for WRRV in the Hyde Park Memorial Day Parade! It steps off at 10 AM and goes from Roosevelt movie theater all the way to town hall.

But before heading out to the barbeques or going out with your friends, take a few moments this weekend to remember those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Memorial Day is a time to pay tribute to the men and women of our armed forces who are no longer with us.
