A list of the most impact inventions coming from each state was just released and I think New York's most prized invention may surprise you. The study was put together by Mid America Nazarene University.
Michigan's invention was the assembly line and Colorado prides itself on inventing the tampon.
They've discovered that the most innovative invention created in New York state is the credit card. That's right, the ability of spending money you don't have any time you'd like came from the empire state of mind. I'm conflicted. The credit card is both a blessing and a curse.
"Let's give an 18 year old $4,000 worth of credit at best buy. What could possibly go wrong?"
