800,000 Tulips Will Pop Up in Kerhonkson, New York This Spring

Kelder's Farm in Kerhonkson is ready for spring. The Kelder's family has been busy making sure all of their tulips will be ready for their 4th annual Tulip Festival.

When we say Kelder's Farm has been busy, we mean it. According to their website in 2026 there will be upwards of 800,000 tulips budding at the farm! When you visit you can "wander through 10 acres of breathtaking tulips" that bloom in 50+ varieties and in "a rainbow of colors."

The fields are scattered with photo ops and props that make for a great family photo during the beautiful spring season in the Hudson Valley.

The 800,000 tulips will be available to pick from late April 2026 through May 2026.

Flowers this time of year are a bit finicky so the dates for Kelder's Farm Tulip Festival are tentative.

Yummy Foods and Creative Drinks at Kelder's Farm

While outside food and beverages are permitted at Kelder's Farm, if you forget your snacks at home they have you covered.

At Kelder's Farm you'll find pizza, burgers and donuts from the Pizza Barn, The Farmer's Grill and the Donut Wagon. For those 21 and older, you can visit The Loading Dock Taproom for a beer, wine, hard cider or wine slushie.

And of course, we can't talk about Kelder's Farm without bringing up their iconic Gnomie Shakes.

A Gnomie Shake is made up of creamy vanilla ice cream, a seasonal slushy, and a topped with a freshly made donut (my personal favorite is the Strawberry Gnomie Shake).
