[LISTEN] Behind The Scenes For Bethel Woods: Collective Soul
The summer 2024 concert calendar is shaping up quite nicely, and many big names will make Bethel Woods, the site of historic Woodstock '69, a primary stop on the tour.
Names like Limp Bizkit, Alanis Morisette with Joan Jett & the Blackhearts, James Taylor, Santana and Counting Crows, Lynyrd Skynyrd and ZZ Top, and that's just scratching the surface.
Personally, the show i'm most excited about will happen Thursday, June 27th, and features a few of the artists that have helped shape my passion for music: Hootie & The Blowfish, Collective Soul, Edwin McCain.

Ed Roland Talks 30 Years of Collective Soul, Recording at Elvis' House, & Playing On Stage at Bethel Woods
A few weeks back, I had the honor of chatting with the lead singer of Collective Soul, Ed Roland, about all of the exciting things that the band has in the works in the coming months, including a new album and a massive tour with some 'old friends.'
Click below to hear some fun stories about putting the album together, life on the road with your brothers (real and bandmates) and all about what we can expect on stage this summer:

Before they head out on the road this summer with Hootie and the Blowfish and Edwin McCain (with a very special stop at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts on June 27th), Collective Soul will release a double album titled Here to Eternity, on May 17.
2024 is also a big anniversary for Collective Soul, as it marks 30 years of the band that brought us so many songs that we've been singing along to for so long like Heavy, Heaven Let Your Light Shine Down, and of course, Shine.
