Doing This Instagram on Could Get You Banned From Baseball
Think that everything is fair game when it comes to social media? There are two ladies who found out that there was one thing that you should not do for Instagram while they were enjoying themselves at a World Series Game (Game 5 2019 Astros vs Nationals).
The ladies (who claim that they were trying to get their point across with October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month) thought that it would be a fabulous idea to "flash" their goods to the pitcher of the Houston Astros, Gerrit Cole, while he was getting ready to throw. According to Sports Illustrated, the ladies where standing along the first base line and the 'flash' was caught on the Fox TV cameras. Did Cole see the incident? He did step off the mound for a moment. No word if this affected his pitching.
The ladies, Julia Rose and Lauren Summer, where contacted in writing explaining that they are banned from all Major League Ballparks indefinitely. The official reason? According to MLB.com, “The fans who were involved in exposing themselves during Game 5 of the World Series violated the Nationals’ fan code of conduct. As a result, they were removed from the stadium and are suspended indefinitely from attending an MLB ballpark or facility.”
