Big fan of Downton Abbey, but can't make it to England? How about a glimpse into their lives without having to get on an airplane? Here's how you can do it this weekend:The Staatsburgh State Historic Site (Mills Mansion located just north of the Town of Hyde Park off of Route 9) will help you to discover Staatsburgh’s real-life counterparts to the popular characters on the show Downton Abbey.

January 10th from 1-2:30 pm, you will be able to tour the home along with a costumed guide as they highlight the lives and roles of Staatsburgh’s family (and servants) as they prepare for a big weekend of over the top entertaining at the mansion.
