Everything You Need for WRRV’s Shop with a Cop 2024

The holiday season is right around the corner which means it's time for our favorite event of the year: WRRV's Shop with a Cop.

For the uninitiated, Shop with a Cop is a program in collaboration between WRRV and the Town of Poughkeepsie PBA and other local law enforcement agencies to make sure that as many local kids as possible have a happy holiday season.

Donate to WRRV's Shop with a Cop

If you would like to donate, there are several easy ways. Checks can be mailed to WRRV Shop with a Cop at 2 Pendell Rd in Poughkeepsie, New York 12601 (Please make all checks payable to The Town of Poughkeepsie PBA). Cash donations can also be dropped off at the station, or you can make a donation online HERE. All of the funds that we collect are managed by our friends at the Town of Poughkeepsie PBA.

Would Your Business Like to Sponsor Shop with a Cop?

If you own a business and would like to be a bigger part of Shop with a Cop, please email Anthony.Verano@townsquaremedia.com.  To help each one of our families at the event each year, we need to raise $200 for each child/family and we can use all the support that we can get. There are different levels of sponsorship of the program that we can review with you, and we are always willing to make work what you can provide.

Are You A Police Officer Looking To Help?

Our goal is to help over 50 children/families this year. To make that possible, we will need the help from lots of local law enforcement. If you, and/or your agency would like to join us on the day of the event or help us fundraise, please email Anthony.Verano@townsquaremedia.com.
