A 64-year-old Ulster County man was charged with a criminal sex act in Dutchess County. Police say the man provided the underage male with marijuana.

New York State Police in Rhinebeck arrested 64-year-old Thomas Crowe, of Woodstock, on two counts of 3rd-degree criminal sex act, one count of 3rd-degree sexual abuse, and endangering the welfare of a child.

According to New York State Police, an investigation revealed that Crowe met with the underage male victim on three occasions in the Town of Rhinebeck and in the Town of Clinton between January 1, 2016 and February 20, 2016. Police allege Crowe had sexual contact with the victim and provided him marijuana.

Crowe was arraigned at the Town of Rhinebeck Justice Court. He was remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond and is scheduled to return to the Rhinebeck Court at a later date.
