I Didn’t Know Seeing a Moose Was So Rare

It's almost like seeing a moose is like seeing a unicorn in New York State and I had no clue. When you think of moose country I think most people think of Maine but we're not that far away. We're on the east coast so shouldn't this be moose country as well? Have you ever seen a moose up close before? I didn't know how rare it is to see them in Upstate New York.

Last week the internet erupted when a moose was caught on camera walking outside a yard of a Hudson Valley home.
