Classic sodas, old, historical bars, different recipes for cocktails, long-lost interpretations of various beer styles--they're all fascinating to me. So when I saw that there was a bartender from Portland, Oregon (because of course he's from Portland, Oregon) that was making modern versions of old-time drinks, I had to check it out.
