New Diet: Forget Excising, Just Eat Clay?

New Years resolutions are upon us. That means gyms and fad diets are in our future. What if you could skip working out and eating healthy and just swallow some clay once and a while?
According to News Atlas, scientists are fighting obesity by studying clay that attacks fat cells. Apparently, this is not new theories. A recent study conducted with lab rats actually showed the clay beat out rats that were being fed weight loss supplements.
Before I jump on the clay diet i'll want more rock solid evidence...
