Police are looking for a man who allegedly threatened to blow up a bank in the Hudson Valley.

On Tuesday around noon, a man went into the Trustco Bank in Wappinger, asked for access to the vault and said if employees didn't comply, he would set off an explosive device, police say.

The bank is located on Route 9 just north of Myers Corners Road. The suspect, pictured above, was dressed in all black, with a black umbrella and ski mask, according to New York State Police.
