There's a post going around social media asking everyone to list the top 10 albums you listened to growing up. I've decided to play along.

There is no doubt the music you listen to when you're younger effects your listening habits as an adult. Here's a look ten albums that were extremely influential in my life and it may provide you some insight as to why I'm such an oddball to this day.

10. A Tribe Called Quest 'Low End Theory'

9. Soundgarden 'Superunknown'

8. Dr. Dre 'The Chronic'

7. Alice In Chains 'Jar of Flies'

6. Cypress Hill 'Cypress Hill'

5. Weezer 'Blue Album'

4. Nirvana 'Nevermind'

3. Notorious B.I.G. 'Ready To Die'

2. Beastie Boys 'Ill Communication'

1. Pearl Jam 'Ten'

I want to hear your top 10, leave them in the Facebook comments or down below.

*I need to include an asterisk, because if you know me, you know I'm a Foo Fighters fanatic. It took me a while to warm up to them, as Dave Grohl's transition to front man, took me a few years to come around too.
