Smith & Thell Perform At WRRV Sessions

Joining us all the way from Sweden for the first part of our WRRV Sessions doubleheader this week was Smith & Thell. Having reached number one with their song 'Forgive Me Friend' in their home country, they're now finding success in the USA.

Smith & Thell got their start as songwriters for other artists but always had intention on forming a band and performing their own music. Mary Jane Smith sat down with Simon before the performance to fill him in on all the great things happening.

Victor Thell was actually back in Sweden working on the new album and didn't make the trip. We're looking forward to seeing Smith & Thell back in the Hudson Valley sometime soon!

And just so we have this right, their name is properly pronounced Smith and 'Tell'.
