Many Hudson Valley residents have again reported mysterious lights in the night sky. What is it?

It has been an interesting start to the week for paranormal fans here in the Hudson Valley. Several pictures and videos of what appears to be an unidentified object have been circulating all over social media.

Even if you're not a believer in aliens you have admit that these posts are pretty compelling.

What is this mysterious beam of light hovering over the skies of the Hudson Valley?

This photo was taken at Barton Orchards in Poughquag at around 7:30PM on September 26.

The X-Files fan in me wants this to be a sign of alien life. However, there's an easy answer to what this line in the sky is and what it is doing. according to Space.com, Space X launched 52 Starlink rockets into the sky along the East Coast. Starlink is a new project that will provide faster internet connection to certain parts of the world.

This beam of light might be explainable but remember this one? It might be more difficult to find a reasonable explanation for this object seen hovering over the Taconic in Lagrangeville.

Are they really being seen? What do you think?
