Tinder Charging Over $500to Match with VIP’s?

The dating world has changed a lot over the past 20 years. It's hard to imagine now that people met for the first time in person before the internet. Online dating used to be taboo but now it extremely common.

There are several different apps like Bumble, Plenty of Fish, Ok Cupid and Tinder. They also report that Tinder is by far the most popular one.

Would you pay $500 to use Tinder? Tech Crunch reports that Tinder is adding a new tier to their service. It was just recently rolled out and it they're calling it Tinder Select. The service is offered at a high end price tag because it is being billed as a VIP membership. This tier is for "sought after profiles" and I'm guessing that means it is for celebrities or high profile people. Remember when Disturbed's David Draiman was spotted on Tinder after his recent break up? Another feature it offers is that it allows members to direct message other Tinder users without matching first.

You may not pay $500 to use a regular Tinder account but would you pay good money to possibly match a with a celebrity? This might be the next tool for someone looking for a sugar daddy. They just need to find the $500 first.
