It's been a hotly contested battle of the bad tattoos, but THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN! We've got ourselves a winner.

There were many worthy tattoos and stories and entries, many different styles, and many different reasons to want a cover-up, but round after round, one tattoo (well, tattoos) won the title of Worst Tattoo in the Hudson Valley, and the owner will now be the owner of something quite a bit better: a $500 gift certificate to Graceland Tattoo in Wappingers.
