Who doesn't enjoy a good diner? The answer is no one. Who would have thought that one of the best diners in New York was right here in the Hudson Valley?

I don't know why, but I'm fascinated with old fashioned diners. It could be the look of them, the history of behind a lot of them or the fact that they serve bacon and gravy all hours of the night.

Who would have thought that one of the best diners in New York was so close to the Hudson Valley?

According to a list on  New York Upstate, the Plaza Diner in New Paltz made the list of 62 diners in New York that you have to go to. The biggest attraction for locals is their delicious pulled pork sandwich. Say no more. I'm there.

Also, this place gets points for being open 24/7. That's rare nowadays.

What is another diner here in the Hudson Valley that should be on the list? Personally, I love the Millbrook Diner. What diner is your favorite?
