Here is what was posted on the Gander Outdoor Kingston Facebook page on the afternoon of Friday April 13, 2018.

Good Afternoon Everyone! Today's the day you've been waiting for. We are here to announce our target open date!
The plan is to be open by May 1st!
The licensing we have been waiting for has come through!!! We are officially back in the business of getting ready to open! We have a bunch of deliveries over the next few weeks to ensure we have everything you need.

At our grand opening event, we will still be giving away that $500 gift card we told you about! Make sure to check it out. Thank you all for your continued support and patience as we navigate opening a new store! We look forward to seeing you soon.
