Help Get Meals to Ulster County Medical Staff
During these days when there's new information coming at us in all different directions, it's nice to hear a story about our community coming together.
Hilarie Burton Morgan, one of our favorite guests and Hudson Valley residents, started an awesome crowdfunding effort to help out medical professionals in the Ulster County area.
Burton Morgan teamed up with GiveInKind.Com to collect donations to feed the medical personal at the COVID-19 mobile testing location in Ulster County. According to GiveInKind, it costs between $500-$600 a day to feed the medical staff of about 40 people.
Not only will these donations be used for Ulster County medical personnel, but the money collected will be used to purchase food from local restaurants.
If you're interested in creating a page for medical staff in other Hudson Valley counties it's easy to do. Just visit the create page and fill out a form with Give InKind.
To donate to the Ulster County medical staff visit the official page on the Give InKind website.
