Here's Why Some Women Want Father's Day To Be Banned

Is Father's Day offensive to women and single mothers? Some think so and are petitioning to have the holiday banned all together.

An older tweet from a self proclaimed feminist named Daniella Herzog has just resurfaced that poses and interesting question. Here is the question posted in Twitter.

"Father's Day is so offensive to same-sex parents and single mothers. Stop the #Patriarchy".

Many women do find it a little ridiculous but it's scary how much support it's gotten.

Do most women really have a problem with good fathers being commemorated one day of the year? After all, we do celebrate the matriarchy on Mother's Day. Is this pushing a political correct agenda too far? I think it's disrespectful to hard working dads everywhere.
