Is the Poughkeepsie Galleria the New Hot Spot For Parents?

The Poughkeepsie Galleria just welcomed another business that is the perfect place to take toddlers.

Kids can be a handful. It took me a while to understand it but my kid will be two soon and and having a toddler around is really a full time job. It's a difficult job too but there are places out there that can help make it a little easier. Being a parent isn't the hardest thing to do but it can definitely be exhausting. One of the hardest things to do is to keeping you child busy and occupied.

My wife and I have total opposite work schedules. She works nights and with no immediate family around I have learned to get creative with how to keep my child distracted. Of course she likes little screens just like every other kid out there. She can only be distracted by Bluey for song long. I try to limit her screen time so I like to get her outside of the house as much as I can.

Where can parents take their kids to keep them occupied?

It looks like the Poughkeepsie Galleria is turning into the place for parents to take their young children. The Galleria just announced the opening of Go Playland which is a place filled with slides and all kinds of fun obstacles and activities for young kids. Soon Bounce trampoline park will be opening up at the old JC Penny location.
