This week Ulster County Executive Mike Hein announced that there is funding available to business owners for wish to move or grown their businesses in Ellenville, NY.

According to a press release, UC Executive Mike Hein had this to say about the new 'Ellenville Million Economic Development Fund:'

“With the launch of the Ellenville Million Economic Development Fund, Ulster County has established an innovative program to encourage the renewal of this region. This fund is designed to defray engineering costs and other necessary infrastructure expenses associated with potential new development. It provides cash incentives for job creation with a maximum award amount of $50,000 per project.”

If your business is interested in moving to Ellenville or expanding, the Ulster County Economic Development Alliance is currently accepting applications from business owners. In addition to helping cover certain costs associated with the business, the business would also have to create 5 jobs in Ulster County that had not previously existed.
