Salsa Fresca is one of my favorite restaurants. Don't have lunch ready? Go to Salsa Fresca. Don't want to make dinner? Go to Salsa Fresca. Want to have a meal with a friend? Go to Salsa Fresca. I'm a little bit addicted, but that's okay. If you are one of the few who are unaware of the beauty of Salsa Fresca, I'll catch you up. And no, no one pays me to say this (Salsa Fresca, sponsor me!). This is just how passionate about this restaurant.
It's very similar in the style of a Chipotle or Moe's, but out of the three, Salsa Fresca is my favorite. All the food is fresh and prepared on site. They pride themselves on humanely raised, antibiotic and hormone free meats, along with authentic spices. They even have a commitment to the Earth, using green utensils and packaging, efficient lighting and cooling, their cooking oil gets recycled into bio-diesel, and more!
There are several Salsa Fresca's across New York and Connecticut. So, imagine my excitement when I found out that a new Salsa Fresca has opened up in Fishkill! Though the one across from Marist College is my regular one, I'm in Fishkill enough visiting family. It's a win/win!
