Self-Appointed Cell Phone Police Arrested

The big catch-22 when it comes to cell phones is that everyone uses them but no one wants to be around someone else using them. There's really nothing more irritating and insulting than trying to have a conversation with someone while they're too busy checking Instagram/texting someone/tweeting/checking their financial portfolio/scanning MobilePatrol for recently-arrested high school classmates/playing whatever game is popular on phones right now (maybe that one with Arnold Schwarzenegger in the commercials? Does anyone actually play that).

Actually, the only thing more irritating than that is getting a papercut in the webbing in between your fingers. But what's close to being as bad is having to hear someone on a phone call or playing music loudly through the speaker.

So this guy decided to take a stand. And not only that, he decided to use technology to fight... technology. Basically, this guy is my new hero.
