Starbucks Has New a New Hot Cocoa But Not the Holiday Item Brandi Looks Forward To

Starbucks is always introducing new products for their loyal customers and I, as one of those loyalists, appreciate all of their hard work. I was a bit confused by the green equality cup that came out right around the time of our national election, but I quickly adapted. The red holiday cup returned (slightly different version) and I loved that too, as I am sure the all knowing persons in product development were pretty confident that I would like that too.

The newest product that Starbucks has come out with is called the SnickerDoodle Hot Cocoa and is available starting December 2, 2016 at a Starbucks location near you. According to their website,  it is made with steamed milk, white chocolate sauce and cinnamon dolce syrup, topped with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon sugar. It sounds like liquid Christmas in a cup.

However, is one holiday tradition that I can no longer find at my local Starbucks. What I am referring to is the annual Starbucks advent calendar. This was an advent calendar for adults and one that I look forward to every year. Starbucks ever so quietly did not release one this year. The reason? I am guessing, not everyone of their customers looked as forward to it as I did.
