Storm King Arts Center Presents First Responders Weekend
Storm King Arts Center is offering up free admission this weekend for Hudson Valley first responders and their families. Located at 1 Museum Road in New Windsor, the property will be open from 10 AM until 5:30 PM each day with activities and tours planned.
Saturday, July 27th:
- 10:15 - Yoga
- 1:00 - Highlights Tour
- 1:00 - Beekeeper Tour
- 2:00 - Beekeeper Tour
- 2-4:00 - Family lawn games with prizes from local businesses.
- 3:00 - 2019 Special Exhibition Tour
Sunday, July 28th:
- 1:00 - Children & Families: Box Towers
- 1:00 - Highlights Tour
- 3:00 - 2019 Special Exhibition Tour
Founded in 1960, Storm King Art Center is a 500-acre outdoor museum where visitors can experience large scale sculpture & site-specific commissions under the open sky. According to their website, their goal is to nurture a bond between art, nature, and people through dynamic exhibitions and programs.
