The Pixies Hit The Road This Summer With New Music

The Pixies are returning to the road, and their bringing something new.

The band is set to kick off their first tour of 2015 in New Orleans on May 5th. The month-long North American trek includes stops at the Shaky Knees and Boston Calling festivals, plus visits to cities they missed while touring behind last year's "Indie Cindy" album. The group says the tour will also "set the stage" for the debut of some brand new Pixies songs they've been working on over the past few months. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, while a special pre-sale starts Wednesday morning 2/25 at PixiesMusic.com.
