Wallkill Race Car Parade Set For Friday

A parade of race cars is set to roll through the Town of Wallkill Friday in honor of Eastern States Weekend 2019.

The parade of 40 Dirt Modified race cars will set off from Orange County Fair Speedway and will take Wisner Avenue to Route 211 starting at 11 AM. From there they will ride two wide back to the Speedway via Carpenter Avenue. Race fans and members of the local community are encouraged to cheer on their favorite drivers via parking lots and along the parade route.

For 58 years running, drivers have descended upon Middletown for Eastern States Weekend, a weekend-long racing experience at Orange County Fair Speedway.
