These Wappinger Roads Now Scheduled For Paving
After another rough Hudson Valley winter...and no, I'm not only talking about the snowfall, I mean the impact that winter had on some of our local roads. Have you encountered some of these giant potholes?
There's some relief in sight for this Dutchess County town following a recent paving project announcement.

Potholes Big Enough To Swallow Your Car
Finally, something we can all pretty much agree on - the size of some of the potholes across the Hudson Valley has been wild this year. No different than any other year, the winter brought with it some wear and tear on our roadways, resulting in some massive craters on many of our highly traveled roads.

My go-to gas station in the area has one that I mindlessly forget about every time I pull into the lot, only after the front side of my car is significantly lower than the back do I remember that this crater is there. I digress.
Town of Wappinger Announces Paving Routes
Lucky for me, as a Wappinger resident, many of the roads in my area are scheduled for some paving love between now and the end of May. If you are local to Wappinger, be on the lookout for a mailing and signage in the neighborhood letting you know when you may be impacted.
