Three sex offenders who all are considered to have a high risk of a repeat offense moved in the Hudson Valley. Two are near a local high school.

Jonah Bullock, a Level-3 sex offender, moved from Comstock, N.Y., to Grand Street in Kingston. The 32-year-old’s new home is less than a mile from Kingston High School, according to Google Maps.

In 2005, Bullock was convicted of raping a 13-year-old girl. He was sentenced to 2 to 4 years in prison, according to the New York State Sex Offenders database.

Sheldon Dawson, 57, moved from Garden Street in Kingston to Clinton Avenue in Kingston. The Level-3 sex offender is 1.1 miles from Kingston High School.

In April of 1994, Dawson was accused of deviate sexual intercourse with a 16-year-old boy in Schenectady. In July of 1994, he was convicted on two counts of sodomy. He was sentenced to 18 months to three years in prison, according to the New York State Sex Offenders database.

Dawson is said to have scars on his chin, forehead and left arm. In the past, he’s used the aliases Eugene and Dawan.

Richard Lazzari, 33, moved to Clapp Hill Road in Lagrangeville, according to the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office.

The Level-3 sex offender was convicted of sexually abusing a 4-year-old child in 2011. He was sentenced to 8 years in prison. He’s labeled a sexually violent offender on the New York State Sex Offenders database.

Level-3 sex offenders are considered to have the highest risk of a repeat offense and are considered the greatest risk to the public.
