Adams Fairacre Farms is recognizing the incredible work their employees are doing during the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to a press release on their website, Adams Fairacre Farms wants to acknowledge the hard work and commitment of their employees. To do so, they will be giving a $2 per hour raise to their employees. This hourly increase will be for two weeks worked during March and April 2020.

In the press release Pat Adams said:

“We are touched by the ways our customers, employees and vendors are working together in this difficult time. We wanted to offer a special thank you to our employees who are working around the clock to keep things going. Our store team members are working incredibly hard, in a very challenging and uncertain time and we’re grateful for all they do each day,” said Steve Adams. “We are doing everything we can to support our customers, vendors and communities who are relying on us at this critical time. We opened all our stores to Seniors 60+ and to high-risk individuals about a week ago, and the feedback has been great.”
