Bonefish Grill on Route 9 Closes Its Doors Permanently

Just days into phase 3, Bonefish Grill in Poughkeepsie has closed their doors.

Though most of the state is reopening more and more businesses are closing their doors for good after New York's shut down due to COVID-19. Just days after New York entered the 3rd phase of reopening allowing indoor dining it has been reported that the Bonefish Grill on 2185 South Rd in Poughkeepsie has closed permanently.

Upon entering phase 2 of the state's reopening a few weeks ago, Bonefish Grill was one of the first restaurants to offer a large scale outdoor seating area. As of June 19, Bonefish even offered online discount codes good through this past weekend through a Facebook ad.

Bonefish Grill shocked Hudson Valley residents when they announced the closing on their website. The answering machine at this location states that it is permanently closed.

The remaining Bonefish restaurants that are currently open are located in Paramus, Pinebrook and Seacaucus.

Sadly, Bonefish Grill may not be the last business to close down upon New York's slow reopening. The sad reality is that things may get worse before they get better.
