Can Men & Women Really Be Friends?
Can men and women in relationships really be friends with someone from the opposite sex?
People often debate me on my stance on men and women being friends. The latest drama with Justin Timberlake proved I may have a point. If you haven't heard yet, Justin Timberlake is in a little bit of trouble after he was seen holding hands in public with his co-star, Alisha Wainwright. I feel bad for JT but it's nice to see that even big celebrities can be in the doghouse as well.
Can men and women really be friends if they're in a relationship? I don't think it's possible. Of course you can be friendly but not best friends. I don't think my fiance' would appreciate me hanging out with other ladies grabbing drinks at the bar until 4am.
I don't think it's a confidence thing and we certainly don't have trust issues. It's more like a respect thing. I don't choose to spend my time with other women.I'm not sure if it prevents disasters but It hasn't steered me wrong so far.
