Most of us have one, and if you don't, consider yourself lucky. Not the one that got away, but the one that you're glad is away...your ex.

As we approach the February 14th holiday this year, consider honoring your ex with something outside the box, actually technically this tribute will be inside the box, a litter box to be exact.

A local rescue organization out of Wappingers is allowing you to remember your #1 ex with a little #2 love this Valentine's Day!

CARE of DC Offers Crappy Ex Fundraiser For Valentine's Day

Ahead of Valentine's Day this year, consider giving that ex the attention they deserve via a fundraiser for CARE of DC in Wappingers Falls. They are accepting $10 donations to help the shelter pets (and get some revenge while you're at it) and your donation allows you to get the name of your ex put inside a litter box so shelter cats can do their thing....all over them.

Now, as a cat owner myself (who adopted a mother/daughter duo from CARE of DC), I can attest to just how stinky and messy this situation can be at times, so not only is this a great way to give back to a wonderful organization, but a satisfying way to 'honor' an ex for v-day.
