Get Ready for Sushi Donuts

Sushi is one of my favorite foods. I really feel like I've never been in a situation that wouldn't have been drastically improved by the presence of sushi. I love everything about it.

And then, of course, there are donuts. Who doesn't enjoy the indulgence of fried batter covered in melted sugar?

Sushi chefs are absolute masters of their craft; I've tried to make sushi and found that it's absolutely one of those things that you can reasonably do for yourself, but to really, truly do it well and in a way that is professional quality requires an insane amount of talent and discipline.

So to see someone who is that talented demonstrating that by turning something very un-sushi--donuts from Dunkin Donuts--into something sushi is cool. I've shared some videos from him before, including when he turned a Big Mac into sushi here, but this donut video is awesome:
