Is Santa Claus a Superhero?

It might not be something you've pondered before, but there are some compelling factors and pieces of evidence that might make you consider it: is Santa Claus a superhero?

That's the very question that an esteemed member of academia sought to explain, or at least explore, as Michael Dennin, a professor of physics and astronomy at the University of California-Irvine got into the discussion. Mr. Dennin is something of an authority on the matter; not only does the man teach superhero science (really!), he also hosts a show online about the realistic probability of who would win hypothetical battles between pop culture characters.
